I would like to introduce my Mom to meditation in order to be more mindful and/or reduce stress. The problem is she's pretty wary and skeptical about it and thinks meditation does not do anything for anyone. So I am looking for some video/audio recordings that fit the following conditions:1) 15-30 minutes in length (apiece) 2) No religious or spiritual or "hippie-dippy" tones at all-- that will immediately shut her off. NO chakra or energy or universal love talk either, please. 3) Guided (hopefully teaching the listener to breathe, pay attention to breath, release thoughts, or walking them through a nature scene in their mind) 4) Uses a nice soft relaxing voice, and preferably soft background music or nature soundsI am currently searching through this sub (and will post any I find here for others), but am surprised that I am not finding more that fits these criteria -- many break #2 above. Thanks so much for all who can help! via /r/audiomeditation http://ift.tt/2sM3EB7
