I can't log into Skype and need some help. [Windows 10]

So I've been reinstalling some apps on a new pc and one of em was skype. Every other app installed and updated just fine.Skype however is giving a warning along the lines of "Sorry we couldn't connect to skype". It tells me to try updating, but being on Windows 10, it opens a different type of Skype, and that instantly crashes. I've tried installing it a few times over, deleting every file related to it (as far as I can tell) and still the same answer.Any advice would be much appreciated.
