Should I buy playoff packs with the weekend sale? or buy full price duo packs instead?

Not sure what you guys think is a better buy because of the weekend pack sale. If there was no sale I'd go with the dd pack because I heard diamond odds are way better, but I'm not sure what's best now. What's your opinion? It would be greatly appreciated!!
