Blizzard should change the dodge punishment

In my opinion it is not a good idea to punish Quick Match players when people dodge during hero select in unranked or ranked games. Most of them will just int in quick match or troll around just to get the games done quick.One change Blizzard could make would be to add a timer for re-queueing ranked and unranked games. Make it +10min for the first time you dodge and +20 etc.Another way they could change it: Make it not 3 games for example but 3 games which have to be wins.
