How to transition into this lifestyle?

Hi all - I'm increasingly finding that I'm actually more productive when I can choose my own work environment, and coupled with a passion for travel that doesn't mesh well with the 9-5 grind, I'm having trouble figuring out how to launch myself into a remote/nomad career. I dabble in a ton of web-based platforms/digital spaces on the daily, and am really good at figuring them out, I just feel like my current job title is not specialized enough to launch a career for myself with specific work in mind (i.e. I appear as a generalist on my resume). Over the past year or so, I've been pivoting toward more of a content dev/copywriting/instructional designer role. My strongest skills are as follows:-Presentation design -Copywriting (short and longform) -Editing -User researchWithout having had these technical titles, how can I move forward and begin to establish a remote lifestyle and clientbase? Is there a need for this type of work? I'm willing to put in the time, I just don't know how to go about it. via /r/digitalnomad http://ift.tt/2sfXM5h
