I got removed from a ranked match and it refuset reentry.

I got a program failure mid ranked game and when i got back in it said that my team was still in matchmaking. But the rest of my team had to do 3v5 because my other team mate had the same problem 2 rounds earlier. Now i am stuck with a ranked ban and a abandon penalty without being capable to do anything.
