Wild west game on the Ios

There was a game, probably called Western something but I can not find it. I played it on the Ios but could potentially be on Android as well.It was a game where you built a settlement, obviously in western USA around the 1800s, you could build saloons, and also gold drills, lumbar Mills and Wells. Food and water were the most important resources along with gold and wood for building. You also could build houses for more people and happiness was a factor. You could get a Sheriff, who the options had different personalities- one would increase happiness or the other would deter any bandits/ outlaws from attacking.You played as some blonde guy with two pistols who fired with a funny style. He could regenerate health and never die, whereas any lawmen you bought could die. The main antagonists were a gang who used explosives often. The villain had Joe in his name so kind of typical outlaw gang.Missions were common in the game where you would leave your settlement to other settlements and either kill bandits or save a village. One mission included putting out the fires of a village and building bridges.I can add some more details if required, however I would be extremely thankful if somebody can tell me the name of this game.
