Discount on MC business and some vehicles for me but not my friends?

Returning player here. Few weeks back couple of us started gta Online again... Yesterday when I logged in my MC, business had a discounted price on them for me, but not for my friends? Also one motorcycle was discounted, and t20. However none of these discounts were there for my friends in the same lobby. Only different thing for me vs them was that I have been raided 4 times in last 2 days in-game. Is that a thing now? via /r/gtaonline http://ift.tt/2ucQ1yq
