Early stages of Crohns

Hi, I read the rules and understand that this sub is in no way capable of a diagnosis but was wondering if I could get some information on the type of symptoms you were experiencing prior to finding out you have this disease. Reason I'm seeking this out is I've been struggling to find the exact cause of some of my issues: Abdominal pain, comes and goes, and then I usually have 1-2 days every few weeks where its completely unbearable, which led me to the hospital a few days ago. They first thought it was my gallbladder, but after more testing I was sent home with a maybe it could even be a pinched nerve in my lower back? Constipation, this is super frequent. Some days I'm pooping 3+ sometimes I go 1-2 days without ever going. Some days I have a ton of energy, others im struggling with constant fatigue (I go to sleep at 11 wake up between 7-8) Blood in my stool every other week or so. I've been tested for so many things already, have gotten a endoscopy as well as colonscopy and my gastro thinks its celiacs but the test came up negative so he believes it could be a false-negative. I've cut out glutton completely and although I do feel a lot better I'm still getting the occasional abdominal cramps where I feel extremely bloated with pressure as if my stomach is going to burst open. Sorry if I'm coming off as looking for a diagnosis, I'm just trying to get an idea of what others felt prior to finding out. I do plan on getting tests done for this, I guess I just wanted confirmation that I could be going in the right direction. via /r/CrohnsDisease http://ift.tt/2sSOKN2
