To give some info on the accident. In Connecticut, I was stopped waiting for the vehicle in front of me to turn. While waiting a car came down the road and slammed into my rear. I was able to turn my wheel and avoid a full on collision with the car in front of me, at the time I assumed I completely missed the car in front of me. The driver in front kept driving and is no mention on police report. However once I left the scene I noticed a huge scratch on my front bumper, only logical explanation being I scrapped the car in front of me.Just spoke with the opposing insurance agent and they mentioned they are still awaiting the police report but the front bumper may not be taking care of if there is no mention. So the question is am I beat? Obviously should of done a full walk around but in the moment ur only looking at where your car was wrecked.... via /r/legaladvice http://ift.tt/2sWaUJD
