Everyone should use the engineers exploit and the "fix" should be making g5 rolls cost g1 mats

This sub and the community in general never cease to amaze me. You all complain about what a grind engineers are, and yet when a way to shorten that grind comes out you get salty about those that used it?Everyone should be using the bug in protest. Obviously people don't want to risk their account/modules being reset, but if I could organize a protest of people using this bug to outfit a whole hangar of ships I would, because the engineers system is beyond broken without this bug.I never got to use it, and certainly won't risk my double elite fully modded vette/FDL account, but if this bug were the norm for the game id bet those two ships would never see the light of stars again. Because I'd be too busy playing around with quirky fun builds that take me a fraction of the time to build than they currently take. We'd have actual variety againAnd complaining about the people that used it in secret... I totally understand that as well. I'd want as many people as possible to know about it without it being fixed. But you couldn't post it publicly, because look at the result.This post is pointless, you'll all just call me a cheater apologist, but I'm furious about how this community has reacted to the opportunity to cut out the grind of engineers. You should be cheering those that used it and tell Fdev to leave it in, not call for them all to be banned. This game would be so much healthier if all engineer mods were using g1 items.
