I have a bad lower back (mild scoliosis). Would chinups be a good substitute for barbell rows? I've tried to do barbell rows, but even the lightest weight gives me pain for days when doing the proper form. If not chinups, any other good exercise? via /r/Stronglifts5x5 http://ift.tt/2s4edj3
