Year-round ice skating rink suggestions near Chelsea?

I started figure skating in January and I've had a few coaching sessions since then, and I plan on continuing ice skating around once a week after I move to NYC. I'll be moving to around 27th & 7th and I've been looking at Chelsea piers so far, but it seems a bit pricey.
