I am looking for a brand new building, backed by one of the big real estate companies, good maintenance, security, quiet area & relatively higher end/secluded type of neighborhood within the areas i mentioned.. with facilities & build quality on par with towers in downtown dubai or marinareason I want to go into these areas is I want more space for the money which is simply out of my reach in new dubai, everything I've looked at just seems super tiny.. I'm looking for spacious 2 or 3BR's and my budget is 140K/Yr for 3BR or 120K/Yr for a 2BR. bare minimum has to be 2000 sqft. any advice on my hunt? via /r/dubai http://ift.tt/2sigYAf
