About a month ago I was banned for using a menu (first ban ever) I got unbanned on the 6th of this month but started playing again about an hour ago. I was a new character (cause they wiped it completely and had me start over) and working my way twards an apartment. I was driving around when my game stops and gives me a notification that i have been banned permanently. The fuck? I didn't do anything this time. Was actually playing legit and i just get perma banned. Now I want to know two things. First off i thought it was a 3 strike system and second off what the fuck can i do to get my account back.
