Is there a mod/way for easy respawn modules?

In all previous arma games making a deatchmatch with respawns was a pain in the ass, can I just place down modules in Arma 3? As in I drag and drop the spawns and im done? If not is there a mod for this sort of thing?Greetings,TheFriendlyDutchman via /r/arma http://ift.tt/2sW7tUE
