A lot of Koreans I've talked to don't seem to like these areas and think they're too seedy or even dangerous. For those of you who have lived in or around those areas, what was your overall impression? I've been in Seoul for five years so I know the city pretty well, but have only really lived on the far west and far east on the green line. Does anyone know what rent/housing quality is typically like? I'm budgeting about 800,000 per month so I'm hoping I can find something decent in those areas. How about the overall vibe? Any hidden gems/good restaurants/shopping/nightlife? via /r/korea http://ift.tt/2siDysE
