Hi all,Wanted to provide some context before a question about the Madison Fit Two-Button Classic 1818 Blazer. Mid-20s, business casual, usually whites, blues, subtle pattern with navy/grey trousers.Looking to add a navy blazer to the wardrobe but as with most work environment these days, the dress code is getting more and more lax. Wearing a suit/jacket/blazer is seen as formal. And sometimes overly formal. While these are perception, it can potentially hinder job growth. To get back on track, I wanted to get a navy blazer and was reading/thinking that one with patch pockets like the SuitSupply one might seem like a good look. I have also read that the Brooks Brothers is classic one. While I really like it, I do think wearing gold button to the office will be too much (again, perceptions, people might think its too formal/casual/gaudy). So my question is, if I swap out the gold button on the BB 1818 blazer for tortoise/horn, will it look like an orphaned suit jacket?Any feedback appreciate via /r/NavyBlazer http://ift.tt/2uyisrq
