Creepy guy at my job

So this probably happened 2 years ago, but I was telling my mom about and thought it would belong here.I work overnights at a big box store. One night I had been craving a vanilla coffee with whip cream, so on my last break. At 5 am I walked out of my store, and decided to walk to racetrac. It was across a little road and I didn't see any harm in it. I walk over, make my coffee, pay, and leave. I walk back to my store, and as I'm walking into the parking lot, there's this guy. He's calling me over. I thought it was my coworker at first so I started walking. I quickly realized it was not him, and turned and started walking to my store. I had to coworkers who were sitting out front so I made a beeline to them, he's walking beside me now a fair distance away staring at me. As I'm walking I notice a bigger group of coworkers watching me so I start to walk to them. When I get there I get surrounded by almost all the guys in my store. The guy just stopped and kept staring at me.My coworkers informed me that the guy had actually followed me out of the store, and when I walked past my coworker that was sitting out front he made a noise and got the guy to stop following me at that moment. I had never noticed him. I am terrified to think about what would have happened if he hadn't seen him. I told my manager. He did nothing.
