We as a community need to make some changes.

It is my belief, that the competitive nature of league and dota are rooted in how the community expects each other to play. That being said, there are things in other mobas we do not do or even ask of our teammates and we should be. For instance, in league, not calling a enemy missing is a big no no and can get you yelled at, and for good reason, help your team know whats going on. Another thing i could see us doing to improve gameplay would be more conscious of the phases of the match and when they happen. When early game is over, its important your team is aware of who just became a powerhouse and who needs protection or pressure mid to late game. Finally, this one is an oldie but a goodie, make sure you have valid team comps in draft, and that people are respecting lane picks in respect to draft order.
