Phillip Jeffries is the white horse (mare).Concerning the FWWM outtakes.A mare is an adult female horse or other equine.Jeffries has been electrically teleported out of Gordon Cole's office and into what we believe is a stairwell in Argentina. The Argentinian man who has shit himself is saying:"Oh Mr Jeffries, oh, this shit, it come out of my ass.""Santa Maria- where did you go?""Are you the mare?""Are you the mare?"Philip Jeffries is indeed that mare. Jeffries was first in the hotel with the maid and the bellhop. Then Jeffries was teleported to Gordon Cole's office and had a brief interaction with Dale Cooper, Gordon Cole, and Albert Rosenfield. Then Jeffries goes missing, again.Jeffries is then teleported back to the stairwell to replace the mare- they morph, one into the other.Meanwhile, in the Argentinian stairwell, the mare appeared in the stairwell, replacing Jeffries, and this was witnessed by the bellhop and the maid, scaring them witless- a horse, materialising out of nowhere, in a stairwell. That is why the bellhop says, 'Santa Maria! Where did you go?', while the maid is crawling away.Jeffries is wearing a white suit that resembles a white horse. I suppose we're meant to draw that visual association between Jeffrie and the mare. The next part is not for the squeamish.Jeffries has a drop of blood on his lower lip that he got from faceplanting onto Gordon Cole's desk, where he is doubled over moaning, 'oh, oh, oh', as if in pain, while his female horse doppelganger/double/avatar/representation is in the stairwell. Therefore, when Philip Jeffries is squatting in the stairwell, and crossing his hands over his groin, it is because he has just been castrated- mares (female horses) have no penises.Speaking of his intercom system, Gordon says, "Cooper, the device has gone faulty." In a piece of macabre humour, Cole could easily have been speaking of Phillip Jeffries' penis.Gordon Cole does tip over a glass onto his desk; i think it is empty; and Gordon therefore asks Albert for a second mineral water. I'm not sure if this is a symbolic clue to Phillip Jeffries either symbolic or real castration.Alternatively, if you disapprove of the castration element, you could think of Jeffries and the mare as switching, as Dale Cooper and Mr C were meant to be switched. But something must go haywire in the transfer process (a la Dougie Jones) to land a white mare in a stairwell as a (odd) substitute for Phillip Jeffries. But this does not explain why Jeffries is in positive agony, writhing on Gordon Cole's desk, and is then holding his hands over his genitals in the Argentinian stairwell. Just imagine Dale Cooper transferring into a female body instead of Dougie...ouch indeed, Phillip! via /r/twinpeaks http://ift.tt/2s44Sb8
