(Injustice 2) What are some easier characters to master?

Hello, I'm from the Injustice subreddit and I have occasionally interacted with those in the NCH discord.I main Supergirl and her alone but I want a secondary character. I picked Supergirl because of how easy her controls are to remember. But I want to do crazy 7+ combos and insane damage with someone new.
